Structural equation modelling and causal inference: an online course
About myself...

I am a university professor who specializes in plant ecology and statistics, with a special emphasis on path analysis, structural equations modelling and statistical methods of causal inference. You can view my scientific publications on this web site.
I have taught an intensive (1-week) graduate-level course in path analysis and structural equations modelling for many years, both at my home university (Université de Sherbrooke) and at many other universties around the world. Thanks to Covid, I converted this into an online course involving lectures in the form of high-quality videos plus the RStudio files used in the videos and am now providing this online version to anyone who is interested in collaboration with PR Statistics. Information on this course
An intensive course in structural equation modelling and causal inference based on my book Cause and Correlation in Biology: A user's guide to path analysis, structural equations and causal inference with R. This course involves over 18 hours of lectures (including practical sessions doing the analyses in R) in the form of videos. This online video course for individuals consist of unlimited access to these videos for two months.
